Beware of Untrue and Deceptive Marketing:

At SmartWater what we say we deliver on 100% of the time.

Everything we do and say is backed up by “Independent” scientific, academic evidence and independent Police statistics and we are very happy to evidence this to our customers.

We believe in competition in that it should drive down prices for our customers, it should improve our competitor’s professionalism and it should keep organisations honest?

It has been brought to my attention that there are several organisations who are very deceptive in the way they market their business(s) and at SmartWater we wish to distance ourselves from this kind of practice:-

1) They claim to have the Police on board and who approve / recommend their products, have the necessary equipment and search for evidence of their products?
2) They clearly are envious of SmartWater in that they claim that certain academic research papers refer to their products (Prof Martin Gill: AN EVALUATION OF SMARTWATER: OFFENDER’S PERSPECTIVES)
3) They make claims about the longevity of their products claiming that their synthetic DNA “Chemical code remains on skin and clothes for at least 6 weeks – even after washing”
4) They claim to have a 100% conviction rate in a court of law when their products have been used as evidence
The list goes on.....

All of the above and more are untrue;

DNA for example is destroyed very easily and quickly by factors such as Sunlight, UV Light, Household Cleaning chemicals, Heat and much more, this is the reason why SmartWater with its Police, Forensic and Judicial expertise refuse to use DNA,. Of serious concern is the inability to comply with "Best Evidence Rules" and as such any good defence team could get their client off any charges.

Prof Martin Gill's report refers to SmartWater "Forensic Coding" It does not refer to DNA products, consequently organisations claiming such are deceptive and in breach of copyright.... Please click to see a copy this report and make up your own mind?

It is important that interested parties conduct their own research to ascertain which product is the right one for them. No one likes to be lied to or receive products that simply do not deliver, in consequence I respectfully suggest that all interested parties keep an open mind and “ASK FOR EVIDENCE” of any claims made, if the company is honest in their claims they will have the evidence and be only too happy to provide it?

At SmartWater you do not even have to ask, we automatically provide necessary evidence thereby providing you with the facts so that you are qualified to make the right decision for you.

Finally I ask these organisations to agree to an independent scientific test of their products in comparison to SmartWater, so that ALL claims are independently evaluated (to be overseen by a judicial member). If you are passionate about your customer’s long term satisfaction and delivery of your promises I cannot see why you would refuse? SmartWater await your response.
